Family and Individual Consultations

Women’s Health

Women’s Health

In our clinic I see many women who are fatigued and exhausted. Modern living means that we now live very hectic lives juggling multiple responsibilities which can include work, study, family, cooking, managing households and caring for others – all of which we often prioritise over our own health and wellbeing.

Optimal health can make a big difference to your life and can shape our coping mechanisms, our biochemistry and our resilience.

Women’s health issues are wide and varied, and women of all ages can experience hormone-related health problems at any stage of life from preconception to menopause. Often factors such as stress, diet, nutritional deficiencies, pregnancy, hormonal contraceptives, thyroid function, genetics and chronic health issues can disrupt a woman’s hormonal balance.

I enjoy working with women to help educate and empower them to prioritise and manage their health naturally, through every stage of life.

As a Nutritionist, I provide support for the following women’s health issues:

  • Adrenal fatigue, brain fog, anxiety and stress management

Children and Teens

Children and Teens

With two children of my own, I am extremely passionate about children’s health.

We like to think of childhood as a carefree, enjoyable, fun time with no serious health concerns, however for many this is not the case. Childhood conditions like allergies, ADHD, autism, asthma and eczema are rapidly increasing. I work with families to address these problems holistically and also work with doctors and specialists when children are under specialist care.

Food also plays a huge role in your child’s health and finding the best foods for your child often isn’t easy. Everyone is different so what might work for one person doesn’t work for the next. When faced with food aversions, belly aches, skin complaints and even behavioural issues, there are many variables to consider, including biochemistry, food intolerances, genetics and gut health. I am honoured to work one on one with families to help you find the answers you’re looking for and tailor individual treatment plans specifically for your child.

As a nutritionist, I can provide support in the following areas:

Fussy Eating

  • Encouraging Independence with food without pressure

  • Understanding psychology around eating
  • Food and Meal Planning

Behavioural Issues / Anxiety / Mood Issues
